🕒 10-Day Return Window

You have 10 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

✔ Eligibility

Your product must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unopened, unused, and undamaged

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase

📩 How to Request a Return

Ship the return package to:

Once your return is approved, we will share:

🛑 Damages, Defects, or Wrong Items

Received something damaged or incorrect?
Please notify us immediately, and we will resolve it with priority.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used septic tank treatment products

  • Custom / personalized items

  • Perishables

  • Personal care items

  • Hazardous or flammable materials

  • Sale items or gift cards

🔄 Exchanges

Need a replacement?
Simply return the original item. Once approved, you can place a fresh order.

💰 Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or payment provider may take extra time to process it.
