📦 Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email/SMS/whatsapp confirmation once your order is packed and shipped.

🚚 Shipping Time & Delivery

We ship across India using trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, ST, French Express, Blue Dart, DTDC, India Post, etc.

Typical delivery time:

  • Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka: 2–4 business days

  • South India (other regions): 3–6 business days

  • Rest of India: 5–9 business days

  • Remote / Village PIN codes: 7–12 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

  • Your location

  • Courier availability

  • Weather

  • Festivals and holidays

💸 Shipping Charges

We offer:

  • Free Shipping on prepaid orders

  • Standard Shipping Fee for Cash on Delivery (if applicable)

Shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking number, and

  • A link to track your shipment in real-time

If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours, contact us.

❗ Delays & Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier partners

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Customer not available at time of delivery

If the package is returned due to incorrect address or failed attempts, reshipping fees may apply.

📦 Damaged or Missing Products

If your package arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Tampered

  • Missing items

Please contact us within 48 hours with photos/video of the package.
We will verify and resolve it quickly.

❌ Undelivered Orders / RTO

If the courier marks your order as RTO (Return to Origin) due to:

  • Wrong address

  • Phone not reachable

  • Customer unavailable

  • COD refusal

We will contact you for reshipping. Additional shipping charges may apply.

🌍 International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
